Sarah G. Wollman was born April 24, 1942 to George and Rebecca Waldner in Bon Homme, SD. She was baptized upon her confession of faith, and was united in marriage to Tom Wollman in New Elm Spring Colony.
Sarah was a hardworking, loving woman who spent much of her life caring and helping the people around her. She was the kind of person who was always willing to lend a hand, and her love was shown through the many ways she gave of herself to her family and others. Sarah especially loved spending time with her grandchildren; babysitting them and being part of their lives brought her great joy. The memories she created will be treasured for years to come.
She was a Klana Shul Ankela for 17 years. In the later years of her life, Sara needed more care and support, family stepped in to help care for her and made sure she was loved, comfortable, and never alone. The family would like to extend a very heartfelt thank-you to everyone who cared for her, visited, and showed her kindness throughout the years. Your time, patience, compassion, and love meant more than words can express. A very special thank you to her husband who was by her side every day. His devotion and unwavering care for Mom was truly special. The family will forever be grateful for everything dad did to help and the love he gave until the very end.
Mom will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her hardworking spirit, caring heart, love for her family, and the many lives she touched will remain apart of her family. She leaves behind a lifetime of love, memories, and people who were blessed to know her. May she rest peacefully knowing how deeply she was loved.
