Samuel Tulio Jr., 81, of Mitchell, SD, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at his home under hospice care. Graveside services will be held to honor Sam on June 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the South Dakota Veterans Cemetery in Sioux Falls, SD.

I loved visiting with Sam when we worked together at the training school and later when I ran into him out and about. He was a talented and kind person. May you have a wonderful adventure with the spirits
