My Aunt Berta was always busy. She took cake decorating and made my grandparents' 40th anniversary cake. Ceramics class brought forth some Jolly Old St Nicks. She cared for children in their home.Nothing brought more joy than building that life-size play house for their grandkids! I heard that Berta and Duane attended Polka Mass whenever they could. She was the bookkeeper for the station and stood behind the counter and ran the cash register while Duane was in the bay area. After her and Duane picked up cars for Iverson dealership. She was a person of great joy! love you, Linda

My deepest sympathy to the Herll families in the loss of Roberta. I was visiting my mother-in-law at Avera Brady NH on 12/31/23 and on the way out I saw a sympathy note in regards to Roberta. I didn’t know she resided there as I would have stopped to say hi on my visits there. My prayers and thoughts to all 🙏

So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Hadn't seen her in several years but thought of her often. Your folks stood up for us when we had a marriage blessings in the church, lived next door for couple years and considered them good friends. it is so hard to say goodbye to your parents, but knowing how strong her faith was and her going on to be with the love of her life should bring you comfort. May God's blessings be with you in the days ahead.
