Obituary

Lindsey Sailer, 68, of Mitchell, SD formerly of Deadwood, SD, lost his battle with type 1 diabetes on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at his home in Mitchell. A private family gathering/celebration of life will be held at a later date in the Black Hills.

Lindsey is survived by his father, Vern Sailer; wife, Darlene; sons, Danny Sailer and Shannon (Shandie) Sailer; grandchildren, Marek, Madison, and Aryia Sailer; siblings, Doug (Polly) Sailer and Rita (Marc) Sailer-Stacey; nephews, Trevor (Ashlynn), Nathan (Bailey), and Andrew (Katie) Stacey; and great-niece, Payton Stacey.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Sailer.
