Dennis Westgard, 78, of Mitchell, SD, died Monday, August 11, 2026, at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday, August 17, at First United Methodist Church in Mitchell. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3:00 PM at the church with a 2:30 PM prayer service. Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.

I am so sad to read this notice. Dennis was a wonderful person. He will be cheering on the Tigers from Heaven!
