Clarence Steffes, 76, of Mitchell, SD, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2026, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, November 3, at First United Methodist Church in Mitchell. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell. Visitation will be Monday from 5-7:00 PM at the church, with a 6:30 PM prayer service. Arrangements by Bittner Funeral Chapel.
