Obituary

Brenden Quigley, 24, of Chamberlain, South Dakota, passed away on May 19, 2025, and entered into eternal rest. A private memorial will be held.

Brenden Jon Quigley was born on September 18, 2000, in Windom, Minnesota. Brenden was a kind, thoughtful, and intelligent young man who quietly touched the lives of those around him.

A true lover of both technology and the outdoors, Brenden had a remarkable talent for building computers and a deep passion for gaming. He loved Minnesota sports teams (especially the Twins) and enjoyed playing and watching hockey. Brenden also found peace in nature—spending summer days at the lake and enjoying time on the water with family and friends.

He is lovingly survived by his wife, Mariah Quigley; his mother and stepfather, Kelly Caviness (Rusty Ramser); grandparents, Kris Caviness and David Caviness; aunt, Shaina Caviness; uncle, Nathan Daly; great-grandmothers, Doris Anschutz and Joann Caviness; and many beloved cousins and extended family. Brenden was also blessed with lifelong friends—Mason, Jagar, Kyler, Jordan, and Alex—whose presence brought fun, comfort, and companionship throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Donald Anschutz and Harold Caviness.

Brenden’s quiet strength, gentle nature, and loving heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
