Baby Paisley Van Beek, 7 months, of Mitchell, SD, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell. Funeral services will be 1:30 PM Thursday, December 29, at Bittner Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7:00 PM at Bittner Funeral Chapel.
Baby Paisley Van Beek was born May 11, 2022 to Hunter and Madisyn (Lux) Van Beek in Mitchell. Paisley had a smile that would light up the room and a personality all of her own.
Paisley is survived by her parents, Hunter and Madisyn; grandparents, Michael and Amy Plagmann, Peter and Jill Lux, and Gary and Kaydra Van Skike; Godparents, Andrew and Tanya Blue; aunts and uncles: Trisha Lux, Tylor Lux, Robert Martin, Kaylee Martin, Brittney Lux, Bryce Lux, Jacob Lux, Haley Van Beek, Heidi Vlotho, Lexi Van Skike, Darcy Stacy, Nikki Van Skike, Alex Pierce, and Jenna Pierce; 21 cousins that adored her, and many adopted aunts and uncles that loved her.
She was preceded by her grandfather, Marvin Van Beek.
