Mama Suzy, so many memories over these 50+years!! You took me under your guidance and gave me all the good that I am. Thank you. We shared many laughs and tears over the years-the stories we could tell!! I knew when I told you things - you would listen and guide, with so much love and compassion. You made this world a much happier and brighter place. I can only imagine the greeting you received in heaven, lots of hugs and puppy kisses. Love you ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•

Oh Suzy, I remember the holiday dinners together and all the laughing we would do. You and Joe were always so in love and from your marriage came 3 beautiful girls. My last visit with you, last year, was wonderful. I walked into the dining room and there you were having your coffee, you knew me immediately. Iโ€™m so thankful for that time with you. Tosca, Anisa, Yvette, love you and are in my thoughts and prayers!

I will always have fond memories of Suzy. I met her when I was in 7th grade when I became friends with Anisa. I remember she was always so classy and dressed so nice. I enjoyed being around her, she was tons of fun and full of giggles. I loved her laugh. She always had hugs to share. I loved her. Suzy, you are missed. โค

I guess I met Suzy and Joe years and years ago at Happy Chef where everyone seemed to always have coffee in the evening. Our friendship grew from there. Even after I moved and re married we still remained great friends. Distance doesn't end a friendship. Please know I will keep all of you in prayer ๐Ÿ™. One day we will all see each other again. Love and Blessings to you all.

I canโ€™t even find the correct words to honor Suzy. Meeting her in 5th grade was like finding a little bit of light through a darkness. It gave me hope, when I thought the world was not kind. Since I cannot find the words, Iโ€™ve chosen some from Stevie Nicks..โ€From the Gypsy that remains who faces freedom with a little fear
I have no fear, I have only love
And if I was a child
And the child was enough
Enough for me to love
Enough to love
She is dancing away from me now
She was just a wish
She was just a wish
And a memory is all that is left for me now
You see your gypsy
Lightning strikes, maybe once, maybe twice
Lightning strikes, maybe once, maybe twice
And it all comes down to you
I still see your bright eyes, bright eyes
And it all comes down to you
I still see your bright eyes, bright eyes
And it all comes down to you
I still see your bright eyes, bright eyes
(She was just a wish)
(She was just a wish)โ€ Love you more, Sherry ๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ’„๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’‹

Momma Suzy... weโ€™ve gone through so many of lifeโ€™s lessons together.
Itโ€™s been heart-wrenching and difficult at times; it has been belly-laughing, canโ€™t breathe-snort and giggle, pee-in-your-pant hilarious at times, and it has always been an honor to be your daughter.
Iโ€™m ever grateful to you and pop for it all.
I admire you and Dad for your strength, tenacity, and good will.
Hearing new stories as of late, about how you and Dad have touched peopleโ€™s lives is a gift to me.
I love you, both with all my heart. ๐Ÿ™
