As a devout follower of Jesus, Bernitha will no doubt rejoice when she hears the Lord's voice calling her from her memorial tomb to a resurrection of life on a peaceful new earth. John 5:28, 29 ; Psalm 37:10, 11

I always appreciated Bernitha's kindness as I visited with her. She loved Jesus and it was good for us to spend time with her and Mabel. Bernitha will be dearly missed. Our church will continue to lift Mabel and all Bernitha's family up in prayer at this time.

She was a kindhearted sister who enjoyed working with her family on their farm and later in their home in Mitchell. Yes, we’ll see Bernitha again when God cals us home.

Bernitha and Mabel were faithful members and attendees of Northridge when I started going to church there in 1996. Bernitha’s Faith was an example and encouragement to all of us, and she will be missed. Condolences to all of her dear family members.
