Dorothy (Sizemore) Giblin was born July 18, 1930 at London, KY. She attended London Country School and graduated from London High School. Following graduation she moved to Pontiac, MI where she married William Verlin Giblin. They moved to Mitchell, SD and then Parkston, SD. She worked in food service at the Starlite Lanes Bowling Alley and Boom’s Restaurant in Parkston. She enjoyed being with family, grandchildren, friends and had a great love of fishing and camping with family.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Parkston and a life-time member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by two sons, Mike and Kevin Giblin, Mitchell; five grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Diane Giblin, Aberdeen, SD and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, son, Dennis, daughter, Cuma, grandson, Jeremy and five brothers and two sisters.
